By accessing the w7777 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

w7777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Players who are unable to satisfactorily demonstrate eligibility may have their accounts suspended or closed and any balance subject to review.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the w7777 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration and as part of the KYC verification process, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

Players are encouraged to complete identity verification promptly after registration to avoid delays at the withdrawal stage. Players must keep their account information current and notify w7777 promptly of any changes to contact details or payment method information. w7777 accepts no liability for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

All financial transactions on the w7777 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w7777 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to a Player's account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected. w7777 does not charge deposit fees; however, Players should review their payment provider's own fee schedules. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 20 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operating hours. • Registering more than one account, or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events available on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, rummy, or any other competitive card game on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, platform bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating a betting syndicate through a personal account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

w7777's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their w7777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

w7777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk. w7777 shall not be liable for any losses caused by:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond w7777's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain credential security.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or other circumstances beyond w7777's control.
